  Always always get pulled to the side at the drive through. Service is ridiculously slow.

  Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Went in with a coupon and the lady at the cash register I believe "Jen", doesn't understand how to listen and refused to read the back of the coupon but preferred to actually YELL at both me and my boyfriend. So we thought we would explain to her that this was a coupon where a Big Mac was worth "$1 plus tax" for the first 8 million people to download the McDonald's app. But instead she kept yelling that "I already took off $1 from your order" and kept saying things like "no you're not listening to me, I already took $1 off your order alright?!" But somehow she cannot read two sentences on a coupon that says "one Big Mac WORTH $1 plus tax". manager at the time Jordan also didn't offer for taking anything off our order for compensation or anything else to accommodate/compensate for our frustration and terrible customer service.

  Overall, very good customer service, and very good wait times. The only reason this review is not 5 stars, is because they frequently get my order wrong. Good place, good staff.
