Ordered a coffee and a bagel. Gave the young lady a $20 bill and she gave me 45 cents back. I said "I gave you a $20 bill" and she started shaking her head no. Told me that I gave her $5 bill and a toonie. Which I didn't!!!! Started implying that I was lieing. I have never been treated like that from any franchise. The girl at the window is either punching in the wrong numbers or pocketing money. Horrible service.

Slowest drive thru service I've ever been through. The best Tim,s for fast and friendly service is at hwy 89 & 50 esso the girls that work there have the best attitudes.

I don't like the combined Tims-Wendys restaurant style. Plus the waitress completely messed up my order. Glad to get out but coffee excellent as usual.
